Baycrest Farms LLC and Baycrest Farms Riding School are located at 12878 North Little Tujunga Canyon Road in Lake View Terrace. It is called the North Ranch of the famous Middle Ranch which originally belonged to Cecil B. DeMille.

The facility offers box stalls, pipe corrals, and large paddocks with shelters. North Ranch has many beautiful trees, with a large Lawn under several oaks which lends itself as a nice area for picnics. Amenities include individual tack lockers, grain rooms, hot walkers, cross-ties, wash racks, turnouts, and three lighted arenas. They offer a multitude of hays fed twice daily, a fly control system in each barn and shavings to keep the horses comfortable.

The board includes full use of the clubhouse at the Main Ranch. The clubhouse contains administrative offices, large lounge areas with two fireplaces, a residential kitchen, and a conference/banquet room. Next to the clubhouse is a men's and women's locker and shower rooms. Behind the clubhouse is a spacious patio with a swimming pool, spa, and a tennis court. Family members of clientele are welcome to use the club facilities.
