Baycrest Farms Horse Show Rates

COACHING FEE:
Full Training Customers	$  70.00 per horse, per day
Non-Training Customers	$100.00 per horse, per day
*see note under Show Policies
GROOMING FEE:
Training or Show Day	$50.00 plus tip per horse, per day
Non Training or Show Day	$35.00 per horse, per day
OTHER SHOW EXPENSES:
Lease of Lesson Horse for Show	$100.00/Day
Show Setup Fee	$20.00 per horse
Show Supply Fee	$15.00 per horse
Use of Baycrest Coolers and/or Scrim Sheets	$20.00 per show
Medications	Billed at cost
DEPOSITS:Required in advance - NO Exceptions
Local Shows	$200.00 per horse
Away Shows	$300.00 per horse



 

 

 

SHOW SPLITS:

Show feed, shavings, tack and grooming stalls, security, supplies and groom’s lodging will be divided by the number of horses. Grooming Fees will be paid directly to the grooms at the conclusion of the show. In addition to the Grooming Fees, a gratuity to the groom of at least $10 per show day is suggested.

Trainer’s expenses will be divided by the number of customers attending.

Shipping and braiding are sub-contracted and are payable at the conclusion of the show.

 

SHOW POLICIES:

Cancellations: A Customer must cancel within five days prior to the start of the show or becomes responsible for the show scratch fee, the stall ordered for their horse(s), the portion of the grooming/tack stalls that have been ordered and grooms that have been contracted to work.

 

Numbers Attending a Show*: If 3 (three) or less horses are attending a show the Coaching Fee will be $100.00 per horse, per day; if only 1 (one) horse is attending a show the Coaching Fee will be $150.00 per horse, per day.
