You'll need to download a form into Adobe Reader by double clicking on it, print, complete information, sign, and mail or take to the barn.

Are you having trouble with your computer reading pdfs from your brower? Then:

Open Adobe Reader
Open the Edit menu and select Preferences.
On the left hand side of the preferences window, select the Internet category.
Make sure to uncheck the "Display PDF in browser" option.
